看影片練習英文聽力時，建議第一次先不要打開字幕，如果能夠聽懂7-8成的影片內容才是適合練英聽的程度喔！(如果發現都聽不太懂時，就建議找簡單一點的
第一次聽的時候可以先記下哪個段落聽不太懂，也可以寫下猜測大概的單字會是什麼。
第二次就可以打開字幕看看到底是哪個單字不懂，這時就有可能是知道的單字但不熟悉他跟其他字的連音讀法。
第三次就可以關閉字幕再聽一次，確認看看是不是第一次聽不懂的地方都聽懂了。

2. explicit adj. 明確的 =clear; exact ↔implicit

3. plummet vi. 急遽下降 ↔surge

4. cell tower n. 手機基地台
I assumed that cell towers are far less than home telephones in modern times. That’s why a politician supports doing surveys only through phones.
我想現代的手機基地台數量遠少於家裡電話。不然怎麼會有政治人物支持民調僅限於電話？
5. in jeopardy phr. 處於危險中 =in danger
Only by putting the lives of presidential candidates in jeopardy, can Taiwan be rescued.
只有讓那些總統候選人的生命處於危險當中，台灣才有可能得救。
